iPad Support Stand in Brazil
Apple commissioned us to fabricate an iPad Air 2 stand, which contained customizable technological hardware, to provide Brazilian Apple consumers support in the absence of a physical Genius Bar. The technological features are composed of a custom circuit, which we fabricated, that allows the user to switch from headphone to speaker mode with the push of button, and also provides the user the ability to control the volume.
How did the customers react?
Being that the iPad Air 2 support stand is pilot fabrication, Apple stores in Brazil are currently studying the success rate and customer commentary towards the performance of this product. Up to this point, positive results have been recorded from Brazilian Apple consumers by introducing them with a virtual, but realistic, approach to the Genius Bar.
» 30% of all iPhone 6 sales were assisted through the VAS solution (3 of 10)
» 20% of sales opportunities on the kiosk converted to a sale (this includes the people with specific Apple questions)
» 3% of potential true customer engagements converted to a sale ( this includes specific questions and general kiosk interest callers)
Stores in Brazil
The solution resulted in providing a kiosk that specialized in virtual Apple support to potential customers in Brazil at 2 Magazine Luiza locations
ARE YOU A FUTSAL FAN?
We were commissioned by CONCACAF to produce the CONCACAF Futsal Championship Costa Rica 2016 official draw event.
The setup of this particular event involved various components regarding digital, print and construction. The process began with formulating a particular identity for the CONCACAF Futsal Championship Costa Rica 2016 draw event. The next procedure involved designing the tournament and draw assets with physical and digital renditions. The final outcome consisted of designing and printing any Futsal related material, such as banners, logos, backdrops, lower thirds, and real-time 3D graphics, displayed at the draw event. Apart from designing and printing, we also handled the logistics. From building the stage, and any other furniture, to deconstructing the stage, we did it all!
Along with managing all these assets, our Real-Time Draw Tool V.3.0. software, which is part of the Mango sports suite, served as a beneficial component for the CONCACAF Futsal Championship Costa Rica 2016 draw, which effortlessly coordinated the graphics and live data between the website, the broadcast and draw event in real-time.
This is how the Draw Tool works:
Hotels.com Augmented Reality
What is Augmented Reality (AR)?
According to Dictionary.com it is an enhanced image or environment as viewed on a screen or other display, produced by overlaying computer-generated images, sounds,or other data on a real-world environment, and is exactly what we did for Hotels.com
We created an augmented reality experience, for ten cities in the United States, to launch the Hotels.com VirtualVacation project. With a combined team of coders and designers, this real world environment came to life with webcam motion detection, microphone interactivity, computer vision, real-time data feeds, and augmented reality. These features allow any user to have an enjoyable experience by scoping out what’s around town, sending personalized postcards to friends, and engaging in various interactive mini-games for each of the 10 cities.

CONCACAF FREEKICK Digital Magazine
We designed the start-up of the FREEKICK mobile magazine application, which was created a year after CONCACAF launched their magazine issue in 2015. The goal of the mobile magazine application is to convey the same message of the physical magazine through a technological standpoint. The mobile magazine contains various features that provide user-interactive content and compelling stories that drive an audience to want to read more.
The CONCACAF FREEKICK Magazine app’s objective is to publish sports related coverage focused on highlighting the rise of “club football” within each region taking place during the quarter. Other competitions are also included within the app providing the user additional informative details in relation to the match. Along with sports coverage, users have the opportunity to browse through interactive professional action-packed photography and view captivating high definition tournament videos. Soccer fans worldwide also have the ability to read up on CONCACAF’S exclusive news, tournament history and discover what athlete’s have to say about their passion for soccer.
